Hello all, i have a date for ADR in February 21, 2018. My wife was refused visa in December 2016 and i appealed their decision in February 2017. I got blue book in May 2017 and now ADR in February 2018. I live in Calgary and would appreciate any one from Calgary who has gone through ADR process to please give me a kind of idea on how to go about it and questions to expect. Though i have a lawyer, i believe in experience. I would appreciate your help if you could. Thank you.
Hello i am in Calgary and i recently won an ADR on september 25th......actually the officer who was supposed to interview me read our file and evidence in advance and approved us right away.....she said an ADR interview was not needed that i represented myself really well in evidence....so really reading the notes closely to find out exact reasons for refusal or any 'suspicions' they brought up in the interview...and directly speaking to these in evidence will help lots...feel free to message me for more support.

I won my full hearing in October. I see on ecas my husbands application is received and correspondence was sent out today. I have
an immigration consultant who failed to update that she is my representative until today. (I switched from my previous one after I filed my appeal two years ago). She is only on file with IAD. Will my previous representative receive the correspondence? I'm very frustrated as I am being avoided by my current one. Thanks
