Hello.
I just rcved a letter from iad from an early resolution officer that they wish to have my proof submitted to them before a full hearing and that i provide them within a month. What does tht mean ? Is my case selected for ADR ?

Looks like you have a chance. We never got that letter. Just told we wait for full appeal. Give them solid proof.

Its strange i rcved my blue book a month ago and i called them last week asking abt the status of my appeal.the officrr said i shudnt be hearing from them for atleast 3 4 months as they have already scheduled hearing dates.and i rcved this letter today saying the iad wishes to resolve issue at an early stage without going to a full hearing and i jave only 2 weeks to give them my proofs written sibmissions.
After that theyll reply me in a 28 days and ill reply back in 7 days.
What process is this ?
I havent heard of it

Also the officer said i would be notified 4 month prior to my hearing date and i need to send my proofs aTLeast 20 days before i was chilling this whole time that i hav ao much time.but this letter has made me run all over the place!

This is your chance to prove you can present your case in a one hour adr.

Never chill, with IAD or CIC. Work on it some the break. Don't put whole focus on appeal. The work you do alonf the way saves you from more work later. You have a chance. You can do it!

I am in Saskatchewan. There is no immigration office here. So IAD travels about a 6 to 8 times in year. They said I wasn't eligible for adr. We were refused for a couple red flags. But we wate 2 yrs for full appeal. We won on May 9. Took us only 2 hours.

Won't be long you'll be together soon.your just waiting for passport or landing soon? How many months you waited for passport request. ?

We also waited 2 and half year for appeal for 6hours and won on the spot

Maybe they are trying to check your background more significant a very solid proof. send 2copy before appeal allow them to consessus proof you have submitted

Hey Mary did you guys sort out the passport problem?!

Yes we did, sorry. I thought I posted. The first email on Oct 2 was incorrect. I told the mp assistant in person. She was getting cic to resend it to me. As they thought my lawyer didn't include attachments. The lawyer resent it three times. So I called back to the mp and said still an error. The next day they called me. Said they called immigration asking to send an email to Rabat. At about 2:30 a.m. I got the right email. My husband picked up his visa on Wednesday! Now just for a safe and comfy flight home with our furbaby.

HEY guys!! Ive been so busy getting all the evidence needed to the ERO and the ministers counsel. So i got my evidence together and all that because i was told that they need it 20 days before my hearing date. Just to make sure i had all the addresses right i Called the IAD and asked for them to confirm the addresses that i need to send them to. I sent the evidence on October 10 but i got a letter in the mail today and the address for the ERO says Suite 200 and the Rep told me 400. Can i call to have it sent to the right suite or do i call that a lost and send a new set to my ERO?
