My husband hasn't been asked to bring his passport to Rabat yet. DM since August 10. I see ppl get ppr a day to a few days, to a week, maybe two weeks after dm. But this is going on a month. A month feels like like a yr.

You will get PPR soon, as I have mentioned before they had my passport since May of 2017,so I am expecting my passport returned anytime this week.

I do remember your screen name from the October thread,same here October the 20th 2014.Keep going to your MP for further updates, I believe that some officers are deliberately delaying our applications due to our appeals being allowed.

Yes we applied in Sept. But they said our marriage doc was missing. As if..I double checked with our lawyer. So it pushed us back to October 30, AOR. Yes I almost have mp on speed dial. I believe along the way ran into ppl who prolonged the file. Especially the one that had power to say no! We close to finish now.

So i sent request on 7th aug to cancel my appel.they took 20 days to send me a letter saying that its closed now.
Can any tell me if they will send me back all my papers and everything ive sent them.??
If yes how long they take ??

Also my husband and I are still waiting for ppr. He got dm in ecas on August 10th. Brutally prolonged process I tell you. 3 yr anniversary of applying is Tuesday. Ugh.

hii maryl.. good to see your theard that you got DM ... even m still awaiting for signature request report, have applied last month Aug 8th, we are trying to connect my file online tht also we r unable to do... it's been 7 months completed of filing my case, as seeing others timeline they ll get DM and visa in 6 months ... pls suggest me ???

Linking file was hard. I tried for about 3 or 4 days. Then followed a woman's post about successful link. However, in ecas you can also see some things.
I also just called the cic number. It's 24 hr automated. I used our file number. They ask for husband's birth yr.

my E- case DM now about 2 weeks , our application was on Mar 2014 , refused on Sept 2016 , appeal Oct 2016 , won ADR on July 2017 , updated forms and medical on Aug 2017 , now DM about 2 weeks .

If you are talking about all the documents you have sent to CIC before your appeal and that would be in your blue book, no, they don't send you a copy of your file if you are no longer appealing.

The info they provide is exactly all what's posted in my cic account. That was my first time calling. I guess if you can't link cuz that's hard for many. Calling is easy.

Today morning I received passport request and Submitted to SVO through VFS kl , the title of the email was READY FOR VISA, but inside the email there is a small note : Note: This letter is not a guarantee that a visa will be issued to you. IS THAT NORMAL ??

I wouldn't get too scared, it seems they add that to most letters, they do that so people don't think they are absolutely 100% getting their visa, because something could change and they could get denied, but that usually only happens if there's a change in the person's situation (e.g. convicted of a crime), so don't read too much into it, you are fine .
