I think Carol got your hubby's file confused with mine or something like that, your CoPR will definitely go to Morocco as your hubby needs it to land, passport needs to go there to. In my case since I'm already here it's probably like you said, goes to Ottawa and gets sent back from there. I contacted MP and will wait a few days before I do anything. After all that gets sorted out I was hoping I'd be able to get an appointment with a nearby office to do my landing instead of having to cross back in, I read somewhere that's option, I don't wanna have to flagpole
Call your IAD for the region you are in. If you hear your in the scheduling unit then you are closer to receiving a date for hearing. It's soooo slow. But there are about 6000 appeals a year plus a backlog of almost the same. Across the country.
Well, when your genuine. It's hard to lose an appeal. The dismissed ones appear to be rightly so in being dismissed.
Also I have read quite a few random cases. Spousal sponsorships. Where they had very little to say. Or even got a couple answers wrong. And still won. I tried to read as much as I could. I mean hell we had two yrs. I didn't freak out. I was peed off for quite awhile. I always had hope sooner than later.
Helloo again

You could probably get it, you just don't want to do it too soon, otherwise when they finally request a police clearance certificate, they may think yours is old, since you don't know how many months you will be waiting 'til you get a form updated request. You could use http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/pdf/PC_LetterA_e.pdf but I don't know if your pcc issuing authority will allow you to fill that out yourself and just hand it to them. But then again I don't even know if CIC sends you a specific letter requesting pcc, they just ask for pcc along with other forms, for some reason I never got a pcc request after my appeal was won so this is all the help I can offer.
after we had a successful ADR session in Toronto , AND we sent all Doc and Medical check . now I can see in my online portal " decision made" with no further explanation , we don't receive any letter in regard to the decision.

They will contact you when they are ready to process your Visa and will request your passport, they will most likely send you an e-mail, sometimes you don't get a letter or email right away. In the odd occasion that something gets lost in the middle of nowhere you or your SO in Canada can contact the local MP and they will inquire.
Aw man, I mailed my passport and the guy at Canada Post didn't hand me the tracking codes for the return envelopes, he said he couldn't give them to me because it would only be available once CPC returned them (which is kinda true, except he could still have handed me the tracking numbers and he didn't) . So now I only have the tracking for the envelope going to Ottawa, should they end up losing my stuff on the way back I have no way of getting any sort of coverage. I wonder if I go back to Canada Post tomorrow they can find out the tracking numbers based on my receipt for the purchase?
I only got the tracking number for the envelope going to Ottawa on my receipt, I've sent prepaid envelopes in the past and they just hand you another receipt or the we receipt but with all tracking numbers, not this time, and I tried to tell him that I should be getting the other two but he wouldn't have it haha.
