ALL SPOUSE APPEAL CASES COME HERE AND JOIN US PLZ

Hello Guys,
Appealed in July 2016.Got letter in Nov 2016 stating that we are not selected for ADR and they will let us know about hearing date.After that letter we have received nothing from IAD yet. Can I call IAD and ask them whats is going on? My Questions are ;

Who is going to be the Minister council from CIC side. I mean the Name of Him/Her?
what is the name of Judge?
How long it Might can take us to get Hearing Date?

I think there`s always a different Minister`s Counsel but for Calgary, the judge for our hearing is Lynne Cunningham. The Minister`s counsel asked me some questions for 30 minutes. The judge was very nice, she sound like a school teacher. I did not even feel scared or intimidated. they were so professional. In my case, my Full hearing happened 18 months after we sent our appeal.

u can call and ask..sure...dont kno if they will tell u the name of whom will be in the hearing...
the person answer the phone will tell u the dont kno how long for hearing...when i call after refused ADR..was told i will get conference call in july or aug..

did u win? have u gotten the visa now..if not u still wait for processing by cic?

We also had our Full Hearing in Calgary. Our judge is Lynne Cunningham. I forgot the name of our Minister`s counsel but she talked to me on the phone for half an hour. Just do the preparation, you and your partner should be on the same page.

Whenever I called I got a different answer everytime. They try and estimate for you as best they can. Also, if you are told you are next in line, then your close to a scheduling conference.

did they call ur partner in the hearing?

Our Full hearing was December 7, 2016. It started at 9'30 and ended at 12 pm. I am the principal applicant and they called me, it lasted 30 minutes. You have to provide at least two phone cards during the hearing.
We were told after the hearing that there is no doubt we are in a bonafide conjugal relationship, so appeal was allowed.

My sponsor/ conjugal partner was at the hearing in Calgary together with our lawyer and my partner's mom.
I waited for them to call me. I was not in Canada, I was in the house. They called me using an International phone card my spouse provided.

Hi, my husband went for his interview in Tunis on May 11th and I received a note saying my CIC account has a message on May 16th. It was the letter for appeal but there was no refusal letter attached and my husband has not received it yet. How long does it take to get that? I feel so sick and broken about this and just helpless sitting here not having the exact reason in writing and unable to file for the appeal until we get that.

You should e-mail your visa office to seek clarification. Usually the refusal letter and the appeal letter are received in one correspondence

Oh ok thanks I wasn't sure if this was normal, for it to come later or not. I will do that.

One more thing, how long should I wait to order GCMS notes? I want to make sure all the important notes have been written. Interview was May 11, appeal notice came May 16.

im sad to hear ur case is like mine...my husband is tunisian and we were devestated to be refused...we ill have appeal hearing this oct..
