Hey guys I just called immigration office in Mississauga to update my address and email and they said I only can updation online they can't do it for me. And I m not able to do it and he also said that New Delhi visa office is holding my file right now. I m more worried now dat they ll take long tym for prossessing.plz tell me if anybody know bout how to update my information.

Why they transfer ur file to Ottawa after so long as my file they transfer right after IAD decision and Ottawa they transfer the file to NDVO. Did you inquire about y your file is still with Ottawa office.

I don't know why they delay anyway,I sent email for inquiry waiting for reply maybe they don't send my file to London visa office I just read some cases are process in Ottawa

Yes we received the ADR without sending more proof or requesting an ADR. I received the letter confirming date of ADR last week and will be now sending proof.

I just received a letter from IAD stating that my file has been selected for ADR and someone from IAD will contact me shortly. Can anyone tell me what are the next stages and related time frame for each stage ? I am from Edmonton, Alberta and my IAD office is Vancouver. For your quick guess, I am totally prepared for ADR.

sounds like they appealed after interview, probably in May 2016 and had adr early November 2016 so about 6 mos.

Today I went to my lawyer and he said after ur file transferred to visa office back home then it takes only 3-4 months to get everything done. And he said I ll receive only medical nd PCC request and then ppr. I dnt know if he is right about the time.

the appeal process timeline almost the same, but , after the appeal allowed ,
when the file comes beck to the the visa office from canada , it moves fast , in New dehli ,
as such other visa offices .

Noticed in the online application viewer that I'm starting to get your file has been updated though I see no immediate update on the status seemed like a 24 hr delay before changes show last one hasn't shown up but I did watch it flip though requesting a medical again for my daughter to medicals being passed. Now it notified me of an additional update but no changes yet we're at 6 months now since appeal hoping this is wrapped up soon we got dicked around by immigration about what to do to change accompanying status for our daughter for almost 3 mo whats the typical turn around on these? When the government says soon it's like a year or 5 so I can't trust their vague timelines.

My Dear Friend thank you so much for your reply. We sent NOA in July 2016 and still waiting for Bluebook. We're from Edmonton too so we should Accept ADR in next 3 to 5 months and full hearing in 5 to 8 months.

Oh wao ! So fast, My Wife is from Edmonton as well So we should be accepting ADR or hearing pretty soon. 6 mos for ADR and for full hearing it should not take more thank 10 mos I believe .

Hi guy, I am currently sponsoring my husband from the Dominican Republic, he was denied in July 2016 and I had submitted the appeal in august. I have received notification that the appeal had been received and now I have to wait 120 days to receive his file. How long after receiving the info will I be given a date for the appeal....

Also, would anyone be able to refer me a good lawyer that has good credibility and is affordable. I live in Toronto
