Yes rathika embassy do check again background after won appeal. Bcuz its ur case procedure n thts y they take time after tht ..
What aboit ur tht e mail tht embassy sent u regarding mefical ??? What is tht e mail.?
I have a few questions and hope someone can answer. I have posted before about my appeal.
However I am wondering... My appeal was sent to Vancouver (I am from Alberta) and am wondering how long does it normally take to hear back after you have received the blue book? Is it common for them to e-mail you rather than call? I was in contact frequently with my MLA however she has become not the friendliest or helpful. I also have not seeked any lawyer consultation as I have been very tight on my money. If someone could please give me some information I would be so grateful.
I am leaving in a few weeks to visit with my husband, though I will be enjoying the hot beaches of Cuba, this regardless constantly weighs on my mind.
no mike...kind of got things ready for that but then dont want any bad news before my trip...i have read that if they make you wait more than 2 months then its a good news...but just read an earlier post on this thread and it seems that some people had waited 3 months and got refused...why would they take so long to refuse...this is nerve wrecking

Thank you for the reply, I really appreciate your time and concern but I have an other question if you can help me. I did send the request for the appeal within the 30 days, so can I request my appeal to go in vancouver in order to save some time?My husband lives in toronto but he can travel to vancouver for the interview. Question? IF we also can apply for babysitting program while I am waiting for the appeal? Because I lost hopes on the appeal and so stressed to wait so many months and nothing good.

Thanks for letting me know kceCanuck. I also received mine in May. May 23rd to be exact. So I am hoping/praying that that means I should get a letter soon, and hoping for an ADR.
Once you receive the call for your ADR scheduling can you update? Just to see how long it takes after the letter.
