Really? Oh u are lucky..i was praying for a miracle like that but that also never happened. but all the same I won't....so wen was ur interview that was cancelled. And wat day did u get ur letter? So in that case, I could get mine in email? Sorry are u in Calgary as well?

Well for your appeal approved that's the important thing . It took them 2-3 weeks to email me final letter from appeal department. The officer in Calgary had to send her letter to Vancouver (IAD head office) and they had to sign it and send it me and Ottawa.

But hang tight....my file was reopened and document request ....all under a month once winning appeal

Completed and emailed them everything nov.10

I’m hoping for that request this week however my husbands Medical is good until early March, wondering if they will just request additional information? Did you have to repeat Police check?

I think you will still need to do the police check if it's expired....as for ur medical u are still good. Mine is expired since last year November so we still need to do

Yeah they may ask for updated forms and security. But our application was originally filed May 2016...

So of your was this year maybe they won't ask for updated

Hello guys, Need ur help plz.. We win our ADR in September from Calgary Alberta. Today I got an email from cic immigration office stating that Singapore office start processing my file again and my online status also showing "In Process" from today morning. But the mail was sent to my previous representative, he is not acting as our councils anymore.Now my questions are-
a) How can I change my representative and make my spouse as my current one and use her e-mail address and she can get the rest of the e-mails and can responds directly.
b) How many days dose it usually take to get a updated form and medical request after change the online status to in process?

Just send in a new and updated "use of representative" form....using your wife as new representative and cancel old one.

In ontario its around 18 months from the date which you received your blue book

Just wondering if anyone had issues uploading or updating on the web form? They requested my husband update his email address which was done and just received another request as they haven’t received it. Ugh
