She said that based on the notes that the VO put. She feels like my husband doesnt love me and that we also have a age difference

Do you have citizenship? Otherwise, you would have to apply for extension of your visa as you only get 3 months stamped when you land! I know that’s minor as to what we have all dealt with. So sorry you are having to face this horrible ordeal longer!

I am a Canadian n Jamaica has dual citizenship. So i just need to renew my Jamaican passport and they wont limit me and i will also be able to work out there

Well that’s good, atleast you can possibly work and stay with hubby until Canada decides to get their act together and let you move here. Good luck

What I read from previous posts, all the cases, where appeal is allowed, there is no other comeback. VO would issue visa.
Most of the time, it would take time, as you've mentioend. But, remember, they are expediting the cases, and hopefully, your wish to celebrate X-Mas together. All the very best and thank you for sharing information, and other details.

Hi there....can you send me the link that says they are expediting cases? And by expediting....do they mean expediting appeals? Or family sponsorship?
