Yes that's what they are talking about. They don't have it in their bluebook. It's supposed to have all. Scanned photos, communication, boarding passes, documents submitted. Our bb was 125 pages in total. Nothing was left out. Except for proof she never bothered herself to look at during interview. Another 70 pages of 2 yrs of messenger and skype.

I just received my blue book but it only has the forms submitted. Is it typical for it to not have any of the relationship proof (communication, pics etc)? I'm ready for this long process!!

Haha, I remember when I received the blue book it was missing all the additional proof we had sent via e-mail after the initial application, all we got was the notes and the initial application, I figured there was no point in asking for it to be sent so I just pointed it out in the appeal file.

It was the same when I received my blue book. Just had all the forms but just a few of our relationship proof. We sent in over 1500 pages of communication records and hundreds of pictures. They only put about 5 pages of call records, 3 letters and about 5 pictures only.

They are suppose to put everything that was sent in. We brought that up during the hearing. We told them we sent in lots of evidence with the original file and only a handful they put in the blue book.

It was only about 50 pages. The original package I sent was about 300. They sent me back the entire package after the refusal

*I am beginning to feel like the visa officer might have done that intentionally to make it difficult.... Haha. There was no proof in it AT ALL in the Blue Book. No photos, no chat logs. Just the forms and the additional pages to what would not fit on the form.

Geez. I wanna say too that out proof looked like it was scanned from a phone app scanner. I guess it worked though. Mind you can't read some of the printed pages. What good is the copy then. Lol

I personally would think so, although my guess is the IAD does have access to a digital file which probably contains all of your stuff, who knows if they look at anything other than what's on paper. For them to grant ADR they have to believe your case could be solved in a less formal setting and that it would take a shorter amount of time to convince the minister's counsel that they were wrong. If there's not much in your file, then they'll most likely think you need a full hearing, this is just my guess though. My blue book was just GCMS notes and forms and I never got ADR.

I Received blue book on 25th july and upto now no news
