Hi Nomaan,

Did you ever try calling IAD in toronto? If not you can call them to figure out regarding your hearing date. You will figure out from the way they answer your query. IAD number should be on your letter that you recd from them. They are open from eight in the morning to four in the evening.

Hi, Yes I talked to our case officer several times and he says our hearing may be in fall or in the beginning of next year. He says there are thousand of cases in queue and he doesn't know the exact time. Please update if you hear anything from them.

My case officer said same thing..he said to expect something by this fall or winter. But when i called with previously they use to say time lines of 18 to 24 months. So basically it means hearing dates for us should be pretty near hopefully.
