Congratulations for win appeal. There is not really timeline for that other people they file get open within a weeks and others take months or even year so just wait and pray till the open it

You can contact them with the same email on the letter that they send you saying appeal was allowed. Or google and find the IAD phone number then you can call them and they will tell you if they send it back already

@Rahim khan Yes you can appeal spousal sponsorships, irrelevant of why it was refused as long as the application was made from outside Canada.

Yes you can but be ready to defend yourself or find help from professional. Misrepresentation can make you ban for 5 years and will not be able to apply till the 5 years are done
