Some people wait longer than a month after interview. If you want to send a webform, its up to you. Will they answer? Nobody knows. You can also contact your MP and he can ask for an update for you.

Hi me and my husband have been married 12 yrs He was refused for 3 time .We are devastated his interview was terrible she told him that she was late because if sound problems as she started talking the sound stopped all he seen was her lips moving. So he ask her plz repeat she said back to him if you can’t speak English I will stop this interview .. Than he told her again I can’t hear you she yelled back you can hear me and went in to ask him more questions which he had no clue as to what she was saying because he could not hear her .She wrote stuff that he never hear her say I am so lost at this point

To withdraw, one must contact IRB. Doesnt mean it will be approved but thats how u ask.

It just goes to show how every visa office is different. With different speed. Rabat Morocco is fast. Which VO are you?

Do you mind sharing where you heard Rabat VO is fast? I’ve only ever heard it’s extremely slow and feeling very discouraged about our application stuck at Rabat VO. I’d love to hear of some cases that are moving along or complete within the 1 year range.

You have to wrote complaint to Consul about interview technical issues and visa officer. In such case ircc will be compelled to reinterview you a second time. Speaking from experience.

I am not surprised coming from Accra VO. Got denied from Accra VO in February. Finally received our record or blue books. There are a lot lies and make things from the officer notes which never be said in the interview. The officer make up a lot lies. We are waiting for the hearing date to defend our case. If your marriage is genuine and got a lot prove I am sure that any laywer or immigration consultant will defend your case. I been crying every day but I just need to be strong to defend my love. And trust me your are not the only one there a lot people I talk to had something and win. There is hope.
