Provided they only ask me IMM5669 and it says Questionnaire duly Somali I don’t have any link or information in the Email sent by Nairobi canadian visa office

Have you submitted IMM5669 with your applications before? If you have previous copy you can update with most recently trave dates, places you have been, the form also known as Schedule A https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5669e.pdf? that's link, good luck. when have you applied?

Hello I did Research Everywhere in Somali Community for 2 weeks I end up filling only one form and sent it back IMM 5669 E there is no separate Application name Somali Auestionaire
