Although i have online application, i had an option to send by e mail but my supporting family member my brother said i will send by hand, so FedEx him my docs and he gave docs to reception..

Hello everybody, did you hear anytime that after nomination a person can apply for a work permit in order to go to Canada sooner?? (in the meantime the application for permanent resident is in process, of course)
Your comments and info will be appreciated!

I am not skilled worker applicant but i know a little bit that with nomination sinp will give u support letter upon which you can apply temporary work permit and can go sooner beside your application for PR is being in process... Need experts confirmation...

Wait till May as ur ielts is going to expire in july.. Until then Keep an eye on ielts available dates in ur city...

@ roayns im not that ok, sinp asked the original result of my ielts I just sent it last week and im worried, it might affect my processing time.. ;(

I was surprised why SINP asked for the original IELTS results? normally they only need a copy

Yes regarding the birth certificate. They said any official documents which has your name, date of birth and both parents name on it would work.

So passport should be ok

Affidavits are not acceptable.

David: I would suggest that you call / email SINP and check with them as to why the status is still showing "Waiting on Applicant".

SKMarch31: You should be receiving an SMS on your mobile number with the result and also the result should be available online on the IELTS website 13 days after you give your exam.

On the site yesterday it started showing that march 9th results are available. But when I search mine it says no result found.

there are instances that you cant see the results online.as per my experience, early morning on the 14th day, I already checked the results whereas my sister cant.

..hello everyone can i ask something specially to the Filipino member. I was Ex abroad from saudi, before I went exit I secured police clearance already because my cousin told it might need it. I got my police clearance last March 2012 and I went exit last September 2012 and Im staying now here in the Philippines. Is my police clearance still valid? it's more than a year now. thank you
