Dear bongski what are your timelines. I applied for SINP a month back in family stream as well and my wife's uncle is sponsoring us, can you tell me does it take longer in such instances to get nomination.
hi,are you also from the philippines? my cousin sponsored us(me and my family)...we submitted all the documents last feb 4, 2011 and got our file number on feb 8, 2011.. up to this date we had not feedback yet but our agency informed us that around feb or march of 2012 we will be able to get our nomination certificate...we hope that we get it soon. we will keep you posted. just let yourself be busy and relax...in god's name we will all have our dreams come true...goodluck to all of us

1. What should I put in the Visa Office? I'm here in Dubai but my documents are submitted from one agency in Alberta.
2. In App. Filed means the date where the agency submitted the documents to CIC?
3. The Doc's Request is the documents requested by CIC or agency?

No Bongski I am from Middle East. I have applied through my spous's uncle and I am the applicant, I was wondering if you know if in such situations it takes longer than others. I mean since you are using an agency may be they might have said something on the timelines
11 months pala yung amin. mali ako ng bilang. hehehe. Oo tinawagan yung uncle namin doon nag verify lang. tas yun after ilang araw naka receive na kami ng letter of approval. naka state din dun sa letter na forward nila sa CIC manila yung Certificate of Nomination namin.

as i read in this forum..for family stream it takes 10-12 months..delays are cause of some incomplete documents submitted..there is no difference between using an agency or not--we just used the agency because we want to double check our application...reading conversation in this forum helps us also on infos we want to know..check this..it might help you.. http://www.saskimmigrationcanada.ca/family-members..again goodluck to all of us

Sa case namin both. Nag email then tinawagan uncle ko. Tapos bago lumabas yung Nomination Certificate namin nag call ulit yung sa SINP nag verify regarding sa show money. Tas yun na approve na.
