It depends upon the verification officer and local police station person how fast they forward the documents to local passport Office . In my case it took around 4 days to get PCC from PSK . @Ludhiana Office

IMO - PNP applicants should be processed quickly, especially those who have been through painful OINP nomination ordeal ;D Not sure whether it's true or Manpreet case is an exception.
