Hahaha caught me red handed man. First refreshing the Ministerial Instructions page to see if the draw came now refreshing my email to see if the email came. Life has been a lot of refreshing lately, courtesy of IRCC
Guys- I have a question on Express entry profile. I had updated my work experience section in the profile for my Canadian company as a start date from May 2022 to presently working here. I would technically complete a year on 05th May 2023
IRCC automatically calculated it as 2 year and gave me extra 50 points as of today and I got an ITA in todays draw. Does this make sense?

Technically you don't need to wait, because IRCC's own system has increased your score however it's batter to be safe and wait as suggested everywhere.
If we go by that logic, your points are going to be calculated on the date of ITA , so not every logic applies here.
I think you were unable to communicate your thoughts clearly, but not waiting would be a horrible advice here. You don't want misrepresentation of any kind on your profile.
