Well, first it's going to be more waiting, so the same as before the medicals. If you look through the previous posts, from the lucky January applicants who have received their PR, after medicals have been done, it seems to be approx 2 month until the request for your passport, that is if everything goes smooth obviously. Some describe the next steps from there. Just read through it and you probably will find the answers you are looking for

I have their reply last Friday:
"Your case is currently in queue for review by an officer.
Our office will get in contact with you regarding the next steps in due time.
Thank you for your patience. "
The inquiry was sent last Monday.

I can see February Applicants facing lot of problems in their files. I can understand the frustrations you guys going through. i was in same position but best advice to order GCMS notes and find out where exactly your file is? January Applicants got their everything in 6 or 7 months. Why they are taking too long for February app?
Hey everyone.. just an update from a feb applicant. its been 3 months since my medicals were received by CIC.. but i finally received my passport request today!
Just curious.. for those who have already submitted their passports to the Consulate General of Canada in Detroit.. which address is it better to send to? windsor or detroit? because they give you instructions for sending to either if you're residing in Canada.
And I received the Medical Request just now.
I'm going for Elizabeth Chiu to do my Medical which is near to my place, and I heard police station will be slow so I'm going to do my RCMP fingerprints at Worldwide Forensic Service which will be processed in 72hrs . Please share if you guys have any better suggestion (and I'm located in Toronto).
go private for RCMP fingerprints, try commissionaires as well. I did my figerprints with them.. and make sure with the medical ask them if they will send the medical to CPP in a week or 2. I waited a month for my medical to reach at CPP.
