Kayden, you are OK - CIC Ottawa has a PO Box - the mail gets dropped off there by Canada Post, and is picked up by CIC the next day they come to check the mail. Ours is on it's way back already while the package going "to" is still out for delivery.
I can confirm what terulinkarezinka said. It is the same for me. My Xpresspost to Ottawa is still "In delivery" but the return envelope has been activated and guess what, today I got my CoPR. Within the next two to three business days (mind the weekend!) your MyCIC should be updated to "approved". Only if this isn't happening for over a week, then you should be worried and contact the CPC.
So if I understand correctly, the Canada Post status will go from "item available for pick-up" to "out for delivery" (or "in delivery") on Monday, after which it may never update istelf ?
MyCIC status changed to "this application has been approved". ! Can't wait to land now ... ;D

You just have to email CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca as per the information letter sent to you. How long has it been since the time you sent an email to them? Maybe try again if they haven't replied in a week
My MyCIC status got updated on Friday (21 Aug) to Approved but return tracker is still not activated. Anyone else also experiencing the same?
I got PPR on 14 Aug, sent out passport/photos last weekend, passport/photo post is still out for delivery since 18 Aug. Any one having similar timelines?
Just got updated from "item available for pick-up" to "out for delivery".
Now, let's cross fingers it gets updated to "Delivered" in the next few hours (to avoid unecessary anxiety)
Once I saw your message, I decided to check myCIC again. Then it shows "updated" in front page when I sign in, inside, same as yours "Final decision: not started". When I go back to front page, it says "Approved"!! Yeah!! Now I'm in the same situation as yours. They may send us passport tomorrow. Let's check for return tracker tomorrow morning!
