yes it is under fasttrack.i dont think 4121 is for secondary school teacher.as far i know its for technical trainers and many frens who taught in +2 in Nepal had also applied in this category.

I think you should. You would know what is happing with your file.
By the way, I have submitted my medical furtherance report (sputum culture negative and the chest scar seems to be rather healing) and CHC ND has already received it.
Now I am waiting for the final decision.
