Hello. We have the same visa office. What kind of office is Ottawa IR? Your application was not transferred to your home country? And do you have the e-mail address of OTTAWA IR? Or if I want to send a webform, which option do I choose for Ottawa IR? Thank you in advance and congratulations.

Hi thanks! Im not sure what is Ottawa IR. But when I called IRCC, agent mentioned when primary VO is overseas, it’s Ottawa IR . I received PPR from New Delhi which is PA’s Home country’s VO. I do think my File was transferred to Home country. Also I don’t have contact details for Ottawa IR. You may call IRCC for contact info. Hope it helps !

Hi thanks! Im not sure what is Ottawa IR. But when I called IRCC, agent mentioned when primary VO is overseas, it’s Ottawa IR . I received PPR from New Delhi which is PA’s Home country’s VO. It's so strange. When I sent the webform to the visa office in my home country, I received an e-mail saying that my file is in Ottawa IR and I have to contact them now. Thank you so much for information.

I did raise web forms but no response. Then I ordered gcms notes in August which I received in September and background check was completed. I raised another gcms in October which I’m yet to receive. But gcms notes for sure helps.

I requested it twice. After the biometrics. The first one by filling in the sponsor details, the second one with the lead applicant's details. Sponsor notes don't show much. Because it is censored. In the lead applicant notes, criminality and info sharing completed in April.

Try calling IRCC too. Some VOs processing time is more.
