I have one more weird query..

My spouse and i live together. However she visits her own home on weekends. Her present address on passport states her own home. What should be the address time-frame in the personal history form?

I have a query. I am serving as a Lecturer in a private university. I have applied for the express entry with 4011 NOC. There I showed there I have three years of experience. I joined the university in 2012. But from 2014 I am on study leave for pursuing my PhD (not in CANADA). Now, I have seen some posts stating that work experience while studying full-time will not be counted. As in my case then my work experience is two years instead of three and I also lose 25 valuable points . Can anyone in this group share his/her valuable thought on this regard. Currently, I have set 3 years in my experience quota on the application. Your reply will surely help me.

As we know that Police Clearance Certificare (PCC) in Bangladesh states the address of the passport. Now I live in a different address than what is written in my passport , and PCC will contain the old address, will it cause an issue? Please share your experience as now a days PCC is causing issues.

Yes, most probably it will not be counted as your experience as you are perusing full time study. You cannot prove that you worked full time for 3 years as you started your PhD after 2 years of job.

Step 1: Get the sample of 'One and same person affidavit' from internet. Modify it according to your case.

Step 2: Go to any notary public, ask them to print it on stamp paper and notarise the document. You will have to sign in front of them.

It is as simple as that, no need to worry so much. It shouldn't cost you more than 1000 taka. Goodluck.

What is the practice for writing Personal history and address?

Should I write the exact 10 years past (29/11/2006) from today or the date when the activity/ address actually started such as for activity 01/01/2004 and for address 05/07/1985.

There is no specific instruction from CIC side about this but my suggestion would be (Also I did this for myself), if your activity/address is older than past 10 years, then mention that as usual.

For example your past 10 years is 29/11/2006 but one of your address is from 05/12/2004 then mention 05/12/2004 date in your history.

This will obviously satisfy CIC. It's your choice afterall. Thanks

It is normal. The PCC is provided according to your passport address in Bangladesh regardless where you are living now.
