hhmmmmm......you are in a kind of critical situation. OK...you can follow steps and options like
- Book a hotel/motel [I prefer motel cuz those are cheaper but you need to make/get your own food. They do have kitchens]
ref. http://www.booking.com/ or http://www.kijiji.ca/ or you can google
- You can also get a short term rental. Those might be a bit expensive.
ref. https://toronto.craigslist.ca/search/sub, https://www.sublet.com/town_rentals/canada/torontoarea_towns.asp,
- You can do Airbnb as well. It's a kind of paying guest
ref. https://www.airbnb.ca/s/Toronto--Canada
- You also can post your request in Bangladeshi community facebook page named BCCB. This group is really helpful.
ref. https://www.facebook.com/groups/196039457229920/?ref=group_browse_new
- Get bus pass, search in http://www.kijiji.ca/ for rental basement apartments and roam around.
You might not be able to rent an apartment as you don't have any job or you don't know anyone here who can be your guarantor. You can call to be sure if any apartment accept you without proof of income/job or any guarantor. In some areas they do accept people without job or guarantor but in that case you might need to deposit some extra money. Unless you don't have any other choice but to renting a basement apartment.

According to CSE or CIC or whatever it is, there is no unusual delay. They work according to their rules and their way. It's better to not to pock them. You will get your update when your time comes. Usually the reply is common.

Of course you'll be eligible to get benefit as long as it contains the first issue date.

As long as you don't move to another province, you are good. Toronto and Ottawa both in Ontario province. So as long as you stay in Ontario you don't need to worry about it. But you need to inform about the change of your address within 6 days.
