you'd get a new file number with the postal mail that would have the 2nd AOR.
I havent heard a single case that IELTS came into consideration for 0213's. 4131's need better IELTS. its the latest trend from CIC.

HI IMU, when ur e-case status changed to RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE and when was ur full doc received by visa office?? My case is same too. My full doc was received on 18th june and e-case changed to RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE ON 2nd july, but still no AOR. Did any.one receive the the 2nd AOR in july??

Congratulation again. I would welcome you to share the circumstances with me. My full docs wee received on 3rd Jun and E-case status shown as received by visa office on 06 jun, 2010. I haven't received any e-mail , mail carrying 2nd AOR since then. please keep contact and share the processing experience here. since we are in the same time line ,it would be very convenient for us to see what happens next.

what is your IELTS score in individual sections?
Anything below 6 or even higher , people of 4131 should pray regularly to the GOD.
2006 applicant arjo from BD already landed in Canada.

Early February (previously I wrote March, its corrected now) Full docs senders received their medicals from CHC Singapore.
I'd tell you all to read all the threads on this forum rather than spending your time talking about dirty politics and shameless leaders.
Are you sure that early March applicant from SG CHC got medical? Then what happened with our one???
