I am in a pecuiliar problem..let me share and am inviting your opinion...
I shared earlier that SGVO has asked me to send additional documents and bank drafts..which inclueds rprf for me and my wife,,Today i went to scb gulshan,,,they told without medical they cant sanction a bankdraft for RPRF.But SGVO hasn't ask to do medical accordingly they dint send any medical related papers..again they sent me a letter addressing "your right for permanent residence fee is now due..if you dont deposit with 60 days of the date of this letter issued..........."

you better send a case specific inquiry to Singapore Visa Office explaining this matter ! you will hopefully get solution !

I have applied under this category last year in July. And since June 2012 It has been seen in my on line application status that my application was reviewed and they started processing on March 27. Still now I did not get any medical documents from visa office. But, One of my friend who applied after one month later of my application , found last week in her status that her application started processing in October 2, and yesterday she got her medical documents with others instructions, I don't know on what basis the visa office process the application. Please any one can answer how much time it will take to get any instruction from visa office? My and my friend's visa office is Singapore.

Better you go along with the instruction paper.when I went to SCB Dhanmondi Branch for doing Bank Draft for adding my new born baby,1st time they refused to do that,when I showed them My AOR and in AOR it is clearly mention the instruction.Finally they issued Bank Draft.

Did u notice that Indiana jones's 2nd AOR is in May'11? He/she surpassed all of us! Goooooo n watch if postman is knocking on ur door!

yes i did notice, i think his 2nd AOR is in oct/nov 2010 not may 2011. And also in the case of sMark, we see his 2nd AOR is in july 2010 which is too early.

i think we are confusing 1st and 2nd AOR and may be in some cases there can be 3rd AOR, i don't know.........
whatever it is, SVO has started issuing MR again and it is coming in shower, that's the main thing

and i think they are certainly following the serial, so you might get MR anytime, next week is important for all of us who are waiting for MR.
Other VO is not issuing MR so far, may be SVO has not met the target for 2012 yet

if they didn't give clear instruction in the letter then i guess there is no choice but making a CSI mentioning your situation
