long waiting for PPR...actually I have add my new born baby on July-12 and got his MR on 30th Sept and done Medical exam on 1st October. so my case aro 1 month lagte pare for getting PPR for all member.

Actually they sent it after 17th of April, 2012. But my e-cas status was unavailable for more than two months. After that, I sent emails for several times. I received it today.

I dont know what to do!

i think since you emailed them quite a few times that's why they've sent this automated reply.
i guess that should be the case.

i think just let them know of your any change in the stated area, other than that it is better not to send them redundant queries or emails.
