Its nice to have a bangdeshi forum..
I 've questions in this forum. I'd like to know:
It is tough for Bangladeshi people to get a job in Canada after arriving as PR visa holder. Getting job for engineers is also a tough one without a Canadian work experience. In this circumstance, what engineers should do to be solvent financially? As job is not available to them.
Thanks..

Solvency may come in any means based on your confidence urself. U can change ur profession there or u can start biz. U can even go for further study to enrich urself and make urself lucrative to job market. But the best solvency comes by driving truck or giant Lorry if i hv heavy license.
Actually ur question is quite hazy. Pls try to hit in main point.

U can study there taking Govt loan (OSAP). Cost is huge, but Govt will bear it as debt which u will repay after getting fair job.
Yes, it is always possible to study there even after 10 years. For good job, there is no option but to study further like MS or Diploma or Certificate courses.
U must need 3 things to get good job there:
1. Canadian Education
2. Canadian working experience
3. Canadian reference
I just came back from the Visa office, they said to ignore this mail. I have also got an email stating my passport being received in Singapore today (3rd, July). I am still so worried. I wish I could also find whether I passed my medical tests and such.
So far I know they wouldn't ask for passports if there was something wrong with your medicals. Besides, after completing our medicals from Wahab, they told us that they would let us know if they find anything wrong with our reports. So I think there is nothing to worry.
Thanks
