I don't know if it's shared in this thread or not...pls anyone answer to the query...my ppr letter shows that I don't need to upload anything in mycic account.but mycic is telling " action required"... also there are provisions for uploading pp and photo...what Bangladeshi express entry candidates are supposed to do under such situation?
EE applicants (who don't belongs to VISA Exempt country) don't requires to upload Photo & PP in eAPR thresholds. Also, "Action Required" will be shown even after your PP been dispatched from VO.
So, everything's fine from your side, just chill. Currently, SGVO is taking 15 working days to make a decision & within 1 month, your PP & COPR will be on your hand.

No, you will not get DL here with IDP issued from Bangladesh. The process as follows
1. Bring BD Driving License in English (Minimum 2 Years Driving Experiance is required).
2. Attestation of BD License from BD Embassy in Ottawa.
3. Visit DriveTest center in Ontario to complete knowledge test (G1).
4. After Passing Knowledge Test (G1), you will be eligible for Road Test (G) with your Bangladesh Driving License as you are showing 2 Years Driving experience. BD License will save you wait time for G2 road test which is 6 Months.
5. If you fail you have to go for Road Test (G2) again.
6. If you pass G2 Road Test, you will get G Class License.
I think IDP is only allowed for visitors, not PR's.
Anyway, I would never recommend someone from Bangladesh to get a Canadian Driving License without few lessons and road test (unless you have foreign license where traffic rules are strictly followed). This is for both your and others' safety on the road.
Believe me it's worth it. I learned driving at age 12 in Dhaka. I was on road by the time I was 15. I was regularly driving since then. Yet, I didn't try to get any foreign credit in Ontario.
Here is my informative post re: licensing in Ontario: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/ontario-driving-license-t477696.0.html

So, those who don't have two years old BD driving license (International) , the process of getting Canadian driving license will be as follows?:
1. Apply and pass complete knowledge test (G1)
2. Apply & Wait 6 months to pass G2 Road test
3. If I pass G2, will I get G license automatically?
Also we want expert's suggestion on the followings:
Before landing, we are learning to drive from BD training center. So, should we go for BD driving license of any kind? Or we should only learn drving in BD and after coming to Canada, start the licensing procedure?

In my MAP session the HOST told me to bring DL extract from BRTA. Do you know what it is? I had one man on BRTA, I asked him and he said what the heck it is.
Mine changed to approved on Friday. However, as per tracker the passports are not yet dispatched. I submitted on 5th March at Dhaka VFS and it reached SGVO on 7th.
