I applied for GCMS notes on Feb 5th, thru GetGCMS, but still I have not received the notes yet.
What could be the reason for so much delay?
Is it taking this long for others also?
It's almost as good as coin toss whether you will receive your GCMS file in 30 days or if it's going to take far longer (Some/one GCMS provider has disproportionately been receiving 90 day extensions, so beware from where you request).
The unfortunate part is that IRCC has categorized 3rd party GCMS providers into tiers when it comes to extensions.
As a result some 3rd parties will fairly consistently receive 90 days extensions when you get gcms while others receive 60 day extensions if and when extensions are taken
These actions of IRCC were revealed in response to an ATIP request and are an undisputed fact.
CBSA on other hand has a better track; review this detailed comparison for requesting Gcms Notes from IRCC vs CBSA https://bit.ly/34nuJPu
Same here, I also have these secondary VOs in my notes and it haunts me...
Three were created in 2010 with one updated in 2014 just like yours. Pretty sure I haven't applied any Canadian visas during this period.
Got my notes from CBSA today after 60-day extension. The CBSA notes were generated on Feb-4 which is a bit frastrating as I see no reason for the extention...rather like a punishment.
I recieved my GCMS notes today. I do see some content under the “FINALIZE APPLICATION” section but was wondering if some one could help dissect what’s mentioned.

1. Verify that they are your notes by checking your application number, your name and date of birth on page 1.
2. See page 2 for the assessments. This is the overview of your application stages. To read on stages, see https://bit.ly/35xhKw6
3. Then flip to the last 3-5 pages, this is where the notes entered by the immigration officers are and will provide you with the details.
Once done, you will have a clear grip of your application and then you can read in details about the assessments and calculations and the incoming and outgoing documents which will be in the middle of your notes.

If your GCMS notes shows that your application has been Approved, then it indicates that all the stages have been passed. However, if the Status (see on Page 1 of GCMS) is still Open, then the PPR request has not been issued.

I do see the App Status as "Open" and App Status Reason as "In Progress". I also verified the Officer Notes on the last few pages and the text in the first 2 Notes state:
