If the case analyst has recommended passed, the officer will go along with it and there is nothing to worry. However, after the case analyst recommends and an officer reviews, there can be some delay. Further, it could also be a case where the officer has recommended passed and your file have been sen to for security checks. You will need a new set of not to verify that since you will not have any status change to your MyCIC status.
In my case stat question "review required" was stated by program assistant which was later probably reviewed by Case Analyst as his recommendation was "recommended passed". What your note 1 by Case Analyst says? What is written for eligibility on page two of gcms notes under ASSESSMENT? If it is recommended passed then it should be good, even review required is not a problem as long as your work experience letter and pof are accepted by Case Officer.

Yeah absolutely normal. as @legalfalcon says it is waiting for an officer to check and finalize. However if you wish to see what exactly happening, you should order another set of gcms notes after couple of weeks.

I would say October but actually in my opinion it is not needed as your notes from Case Analyst is very good and it is matter of time before you get your golden mail

There is nothing like ip1 or ip2, wording in our MyCIC account does not mean anything. If you check your gcms notes you can see case analyst wrote, ready to finalize rprf. Once visa officer opens the file he will initiate the request and then the security will be started if he makes your eligibility as pass. Just wait, it is matter of time and don't compare your file with others or last year timelines. This year for some reason normal timelines for fsw outland applicants are 4-6 months. Just wait patiently.

below are the GCMS notes extract. please review and let me know if my case is under SS. I can see S.16 c written on case analyst notes page on top right corner. My AOR is 5th Apr'18. Also let me know if I should order GCMS again?
Also I am not sure why my Eligibility is review required whereas in notes A11.2 is updated as appears met.
