I received my updated GCMS notes today. My eligibility was previously "Passed" in my March 207 GCMS notes.
But now 11.2 EE MI has been cancelled as of May 207 and now by eligibility is marked as "Review Required".
Does anyone know what cause 11.2 EE MI to be cancelled and re calculated?
In the March 2017 notes - on page 2 it was "Eligibility: Passed"

In the July 2017 notes, im not seeing anything in the "notes" section to explain why 11.2 was cancelled, or why it is "review required". The above officer review comments is still the last relevant comment.
This is very strange. Never seen this before. The eligibility is done in two steps, first a program analyst will review and recommend passed, then an officer will confirm it. If you do not see two notes for eligibility, then it could be that eligibility was not confirmed and instead of writing recommended passed, it was simply recommended passed and not it is under review.
I wouldn't worry too much yet. When were your notes generated? If it was more than 3 weeks ago, you should order another set and by then you will see some progress.

Yes, i could see the analyst and officer review comments in the notes section in the March notes.

Usually the security is retracted and will not be visible as you see on Page 2 which has S15. Similarly other security related notes will be hidden too. The only thing which is later released is info sharing, which you see on Page 47, with the US.
The first few pages is your progress, last few is the actual notes which tell you what all has happened.

There is no explanation for this except that IRCC was just sleeping on it. Usually PPRs are issued in batches and there are significant delays in when PPRs are issued from the day the application is approved.

CoPR is printed after the passport is submitted, that is why you see in queue.

Security notes are always blanked out. If your application was approved, then the security was completed before than. Without the security is completed, an application is not approved.
After 65 Days since My AOR date ( 28th April ) I ordered GCMS notes in the first week of July. Hopefully, I will get it by the first week of August. My medical is not clear yet.Many people told that its not a good idea to order GCMS before passing medical.

Many people have no idea about the law. Ordering GCMS and medicals are two entirely different things and one has no impact on other. When you order GCMS, your computer generated information is transmitted to you. It is not a physical file which is moved to another office and thus delay the processing.
