Is it advisable to apply gcms notes as of now or should I wait?

Security Screening is done by CBSA and CSIS.
SII refers to the Security Screening Indicator, which assists CBSA in determining if the file should be referred to CSIS for security screening inputs or not. Not all files are sent to CSIS, but some are referred to CSIS based on the SII

@legalfalcon I have a review required on eligibility with the notes only mentioning "please review funds ready to finalise". I am certain funds were never below the minimum requirement and the notes also didn't state anything else about funds or anything else. I did however proactively submitted updated statements which were received and acknowledged. Can you advise if anything else can be done to expedite the process? AOR July 2021. Visa office Montreal
Hi, applied for my GCMS note few days ago and got it today, I got this for immigration "date: 2021-11-02.After reviewing the application and supporting documentation, I require further review due to this (ese) observation(s): Bona fides PA Eligibility Decision: transferred to PM3 for further review." my question is what do they mean by "transferred to PM3 for further review" also they did my criminality check (2022-02-04) and I passed it

For those of you that ordered the GCMS notes themselves, has anyone ordered GCMS notes +, with the entire file of application and how do you ask for that on the ATIP online request website ?
