This is where GCMS notes help, in figuring out what is going on. So if your took corrective action, that is fine and it will be updated. Did you get an acknowledgement to your CSE?
Hello Legalfalcon, could you please give me your opinion regarding my GCMS notes? I uploaded 3 photos. POF is not met but the case analyst is recommend pass and they just send it for LVO for local knowledge required. What do you think ? Is that a sign for rejection ? https://ibb.co/hY4uD5 https://ibb.co/iq2QLk https://ibb.co/gRw7Y5
I usually advise applicants to apply for GCMS 45-60 days after the AoR, this is the time when the R10 is complete and some progress made.
As regards how the application is progressed, read my detailed explanation here:
Some people have reported receiving PPR while their background check was NA. Do you know how that is possible?
As a PNP Inland applicant, my BG is supposed to turn to IP the first time for criminality check, then NA, then IP the second time for security check. PPR usually comes after second BG IP. This is the trend which is observed for the majority of PNP inland applicants. However, there are some people who received PPR when their BG was NA and I want to know how that can be explained.

Posting notes from feb AOR. i think changing BG to IP2 depends on visa officer. security may have been completed by this time, and ppr is waiting as per scheduled batch. hope this will help.

As mentioned by @narindersahib above, in some cases the GCMS is not updated and that is when it happens. Unfortunately, apart from the Immigration law, the IRPA, the IRPA regulations, the IRCC manuals and the ministerial instructions; we don't have the internal working procedure of IRCC. Most of it floating here is speculation. My posts on how an application is processed, is based on the IRPA and regulations, but the trends differ for PNP and FSW. They also differ for inland vs outland. This why I advise that all applicants should order GCMS and keep themselves updated on their application and take corrective action as and when required.
I would not be too concerned with the BGC issues, as in the past too, there have been trends where the BGC was abruptly going NA for some applications before going into IP. This is the best explanation I can give.
I ordered my notes on April 15 and received them today. Great website and great team. They even called me when they saw an error in my consent form. Thanks @legalfalcon!
