Hello legalfalcon, in my previous trv application, i inadvertently ticked no instead of yes and got the visa. I plan to tick yes and give an explanation, would this raise any issues.
Ah thank you very much for your clarification. As long as the word "Failed candidate" is not for my application, it's Ok. The issue is lack of funds (some years ago) but my PoF for PR is "Met" now.
May I understand that Security check only starts after Eligibility is done, and strictly step by step. Knowing that BG check includes Criminality check (mine is « Passed ») and Security check ; when my BG turned to IP for the 2nd time (3 weeks after this GCMS), I guess that it means “Security check in progress”, thus the Eligibility review maybe finished now. Does it make sense? Am I safe now?
Sorry for the long reply, I just want to make sure to get over this anxious review.
My reference letter assumes my duties such as: Monitor the data's quality in the dashboard of Assistant Credit Officers. Receive, analyze and allocate credit applications to relevant analyst teams. Take part in the campaigns of permanent control, to ensure the proper application of Basel II regulations
After double checking, I agree with CIC that it only matches some few duties (in bold) in NOC1212 below. Anyway it is all I did in my job, I cannot invent anything else, I can neither choose another NOC code. My colleague who trained me, has worked for 5 years in the same position, does the same task. If CIC reviews and doesn’t consider this job as sufficient to immigrate, I won’t be qualified to get PR even if I work 5 more years like this ?!! How sad
Main duties NOC1212
Supervisors in this unit group perform some or all of the following duties:
• Implement efficient working processes and co-ordinate, assign and review the work of clerks engaged in the following duties: administering accounts payable and receivable; processing, verifying and recording financial documents and forms; administering payrolls; processing, verifying and recording insurance claims and forms; and collecting user fees and payments on overdue accounts
• Examine and verify accuracy of work and authorize routine payments, credits and other transactions
• Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
• Identify training needs and train workers in job duties and company policies
• Requisition supplies and materials
• Ensure smooth operation of computer systems and equipment and arrange for maintenance and repair work
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
If CIC denies this experience, I still have 11 months-job of NOC1112 before e-APR and 5 months-job of NOC 1212 after e-APR. Should I submit a new proof of work experience in order to insure my application? The problem is that it is not One CONTINOUS job..

I was under the impression that I woukd have passed most of this before am asked to pay the fee. I havent ordered the GCMS notes yet but I just want to know you feel is going on with my application. My timeline is below.

Not all applicants who get RPRF have the eligibility passed. Most likely your eligibility is under review. The only sure shot way to know is GCMS. At this stage, your R10 should be cleared, Eligibility under review and criminality passed. But this is just speculation.

Not necessarily. Mine was under review too when I was requested to pay RPRF FEES. However, it's a good sign though, as my eligibility was passed right after according to my notes.
Compared to my GCMS notes last year. The officer didn't request after reviewing the eligibility unlike now.
I was refused theN under CEC.
In answering the statutory questions, I didn't realise it included other countries so I inadvertently ticked NO. I am going to answer the question correctly in my pr application and give explanation and also include the refusal letter i have. The refusals are for Uk and Irish visit visas in 09 and 2012.

My GCMS finishes by Note 23 "Requested medical reassessment from RMO Manila for PA" and Note 24 "Pulled in new med validity for PA on 2017/05/18". Is it normal? I did upfront medical check in 08/2016 (less than 1 year ago) and Medical "All valid ready to finalize PNP Triage" as of 2017/02/01.
Plus, I am from Vietnam and working in France, I have no business with Philippines

"This is in reference to your application for a permanent resident visa, which has been found eligible in the Class for which it was submitted. Admissibility review (security, criminality and/or medical) is still ongoing; you will be contacted if additional information is required for that purpose."

Hi legalfalcon. Based on current trends, after how many days of Medical cleared should I request GCMS notes for below issue?
I am worried about my masters degree issued by university mentioning English Translation at top. I sent local language version as well through CSE, however didn't sent affidavit of any translator as both the versions are given by University. What is best time to order GCMS to check if there is any adverse comment on the file regarding this? Current BG status is "We are processing your background check..." since yesterday.

This shouldn't be an issue, just a goof up. If you see your note 24, which says "Pulled in new med validity for PA on 2017/05/18." Is the date correct? If it is, you are good.
