2. WHAT ARE THE AEO NOC'S APPROVED IN 2010 - Dont have list mine was approved in 2009
3. WHETHER AEO CASES GETTING APPROVED BY NS SYDNEY - Ofcourse getting approved
4. WHETHER AEO CASES ARE REJECTED BY VISA OFFICE NEW DELHI - It depends on docs provided and your job in canada

Dear pm, though u started for indians i am a bangladeshi who applied under 1231 with aeo have passed 1yr 2months without any updates from singapore. As i have researched thru various sites i've noticed that aeo cases take 2-3yrs approx. So do not worry too much and relax for recent backlog clearance can put more time in addition.
