The rule is if your length of studies is 8months to below 2years, you will be issued pgwp as per your lengthy of studies. I cant comment on second question about job opportunities, its too general.
 
Okay thanks. But my main concern is again about the scope as i have heard that just doing a graduate certificate can not get me a job.

Course name is project management....
Can anyone tell me how long i should wait more. And some one told me today project management course visa success rate is very less......Please reply asap.

Average processing for a study permit is 14 weeks so you have some time before a decision.
