Yes I think it becomes ineligible. Unless you get your ITA and submitted your documents in this case your CRS score is locked. Correct me if I am wrong.

U mean to say if my crs drops before nomination, it will get rejected?

Yes. I received my file number on the 9th of September.

Sure. I think AINP is now sending FN to those arrived on mid August.
We are hopefully get our FN by mid Oct
