I already got NOI with 400 crs cut off with ielts score of clb9 which will expire on nov 15 and am retaking the test and not certain if I can get clb9 at the first go. If I dont get clb9 while my file is under process my crs will low down from the cut off i was selected. I am concerned if while being in process if my crs drops from 435 to 390 will alberta reject my file?
No they received it on 28 aug. Waiting for file no. What do you suggest will they cancel the file if crs drops while being in process due to any reasons

Just relax. You don't need to take the IELTs now. By last week of September, you'll get the FN and 10 days from then, you will get the nomination. So by October mid week, you will have 1000 points and will be thru with ITA. Once you get the ITA, take your IELTs. Even if you score clb8, nothing will happen. Hope you've got my point.

Finally! Spoken to someone with positive attitude. Thanyou for boosting up the motivation. Really appreciate that. However, do you think they reject in such scenarios if crs drops down before nomination

If CRS goes below the cut off, yes, they will reject it. And if it is, above the threshold, even with a point, NOI is all yours.
But you shouldn't worry, rather start preparing for rest of the docs required after getting ITA. It's a long process. Try and keep things in order. Have clarity in each and every doc. Do define every PDF with bullet points in the beginning as it'll help the CO to understand every doc with their pre-requisites.

Took 25 days to get the FN and after a week the nomination. Somewhere in May I received the nomination just two days before that fateful May 29th CRS draw where the cut off went to 470.
