Mate, take IELTs again and better the band with clb9. You will boost your score with 50points extra and be eligible for a federal draw.

I did scheduled for next attempt but mean while I want to check if my profile is eligible for Alberta Express Entry Stream.
I see the recent invited applications are with CRS score of 400 and above.
