Alberta AINP timeline in 2019

Hi everyone, my brother is waiting for invitation, he's in finance. Does he have a high chance to get nominated by Alberta? Any input is welcome. Thanks in advance.

I am planning to move to Alberta next month through intra company transfer with noc 2174.

1. To apply for PNP, how many months do i need to work in Alberta or can i apply as soon as i land ?
2. how long does APNP takes to complete and do i need to hold a job until the process completes ?

I knew they were not going to issue any nominations certificates in December because they gave out max number nominations for 2019. Someone on another thread from noc 1215 got a nomination on 2 Jan who received fn on 20 Nov. So fingers crossed.

I have got in the following day on Dec 13th
Considering your friend timeline you should have some news next week and mine should come in 2 more weeks
But hopefully it takes less time because there is no more holidays like in December
