I think now they are preferring applicants from outside who are having some connection with Alberta.. once dat is done they will be looking for outlanders without any connection like us..

Careful, you might get stuck in the end if your job offer is arranged by the consultant. Your noc is not skilled people inside Canada are many to fit in this role 1241. Anyways, all the best but be careful.
