Hello, Recently any one received Nomination Certificate from Alberta. In my case, Me and my Employer replied for information on 13th July. Till then no reply... Is anybody having the same issue

After creating express entry profile and selecting Alberta as the preferred province we have to wait till their response. Am I correct?
According to the AINP web page the probability to receive the nomination to the express entry which are having expire dates within five months is low. My profile will expire on 23 rd December. Do I have to create a new one again?
