Oh, that's odd. I'm guessing you've probably tried different browsers, tried turning off extensions, and/or incognito/private mode?
If you have access to a different network, that might be a thing to try too - I've sometimes had odd DNS issues on my WiFi, when the same thing worked fine on mobile data.

You could do that I suppose, in addition to the letter from your employer(s). I think that (and that's how it happened for me too), if you supply the employer letter(s) and the AAIP folks need payslips or a T4 from you, they will ask you after you submitted your application.
