That seems like a niche NOC. Might have better odds if you have a job offer and reach out to AB directly.

I have tried for jobs but no luck, maybe because I am an outlander.

Took around 10 days for me, including a weekend. However, my status changed directly from "Submitted" to "Information Requested".
