I've received NOI with link to submit application and documents from AAIP Express entry tech pathway stream this week. I'm working in a reputed MNC and I've below two questions regarding application submission. Can anybody please help.
1. Employer declaration and authorization form is mandatory document now but my employer is refusing to sign the declaration and authorization form. Any suggestions on what to do in this case.
2. Has anyone submitted application without the above form and got the nomination?
Do you have any updates? I have the same problem and I am worried what I should do now. I would highly appreciate it if you could share any information with me. This is my only chance.

Hi, It does says application won’t be process without this form. Didn’t risk submitting processing time is 6months and will be declined anyway without this form from employer.

My BF is in a similar spot. Since Alberta only introduced this this year, what is one to do in this situation if they have been working with their company before this requirement was introduced??

We need to do something about it since so many applicants are facing this issue. Technically, if one works for a big company has no chance to get selected.

Companies are under no obligation to support a person’s nomination. There are over 2000 applicants in the tech pool which is currently closed and if reopened only select around 700. What is your EOI score because you want it to be high to be above all those in the current pool.
Companies under no obligation and all provinces require support from employers for job offer streams. Look at programs that don’t require job offer like EE.
