Can you help me please? Which one of the addresses should I send the passports to? Is Canada Xpresspost considered courier or regular mail or does courier mean another carrier other than Canada Post? ??? I have the Canada Post Xpress envelopes already. Thanks for your help.

Courier are for Dhl, FedEx, Purolator etc... Regular mail you can use your Canada post express envelopes. This is my idea about it.maybe other can attest if this is right.
35*45 same size as the ones that you had submitted first with your initial application. That much I know. I enclosed my passport and a copy of the letter along with the biodata page in an envelope (this one I wrote my application number on) and then I placed that envelope along with the return xpresspost in the xpresspost envelope. Hope that makes sense. I want to know though if I should write the application number on the outside of the xpress envelope I am mailing?? ???
