In little bit of confusion, I have my work permit extended until May 2016 but have my visa expired. I am awaiting my result of PR application and was wondering if I still need a work visa to re-enter. will they let me in with PR immigration visa stamp on my passport or should I apply for multiple entry visa right away?

Please help me out if any one can answer this. Roll Eyes

In your case it will be valid till 27th september because thats the date you did your medicals on

I applied in january first week and right now waiting for in process in my application.
I am not leaving the country before i get my application approved!

Same here. DM since April 18, no COPR. Immigration did not even answer my email sent a month ago. Honestly, there should be an additional line on ecas saying "application approved or rejected". This is torture

In all likelihood it's approved, but even so, there's room for a lot more. Like when to expect something from them.

Perhaps you could share your timeline at your signature?

Application received: Mid Oct. DM: First week of May. I don't remember the dates for things in-between. I'll see if I can find where signatures are updated later.
