I check my email regularly but mine is not even DM yet so no point of checking emails. I think it's delayed cuz of my background forms where I missed some gaps. Hopefully I will get a good news soon

Thats not actually true because i left some gaps as well and i got ppr in almost 7 months and now i am waiting for my passport to come back. Just send the forms right away when they ask for it.

I just got this reply from Sydney. I emailed them a month ago

they asked me to send new Schedule A on April 3rd and my ECASE showed in process from April 4th, and got DM on May 26th, you can email Ottawa, coz our cases are in Ottawa after in process.

My status changed to in process on march 24 and got decision made on may 12. They don't take too long just wait few more days.

A tip to avoid important email from CIC to go to Spam.

You can add CIC email address to your contacts. Marked it as "VIP" if you use mac/iphone, or mark as "Important" with Google/Android. That way it is for sure you would get it in the mail inbox.


I added CIC address as "VIP" in my Iphone and set VIP email to notify me as soon as it is received.

are you already IP? If you are IP, your case should be sent to ottawa, why in Sydney? Did you ask them?

you can email them and ask whether they received your medical results, the date of MER will not affect your process,
