I would say email Ottawa to make sure they got the documents from Sydney or ask if they will do that. I sent my PCC to Ottawa when my file was in Sydney and there was no communication between the two offices (it delayed my case ). When I called the general helpline, they told me to email Ottawa to return the PCC to me and then forward the PCC to Sydney myself. According to the CIC agent on phone, there is no communication between the two offices. So just email them to be sure.

They posted some of the packages some are still pending. I know lot more people sent on the same day but still the tracker is not activated. You no need to worry they received a lot of passports on that day so it may take a while to print Visa's on all of them.
